Sacoche bag with one main compartment and one expandable front pocket, made from Tyvek® 1082D (105 gsm) combined with VX21 X-Pac™ repurposed from studio waste.
Why sacoche?
We wanted to develop a sling bag with a truly simple design. Simple means easier to develop, easier to understand and just as important as easier to repair. No unnecessary complexity, only what’s needed.
This design wasn’t decided behind a desk. It’s been tested through our Magnoerium – Bag Making Workshop, where adults to middle school students were able to make this bag from raw material to finished product in just half of a regular office working day. That process validated the idea: if it’s easy to make, it’s easier to maintain, adapt, and keep in use longer.
Fieldsh Sacoche is less about introducing a new product, and more about sharing a way of thinking, designing through making, learning, and community.
